Karen " The Dealmaker" is a real-estate entrepreneur,mentor, investor and REIA Club President in Northern California.
She enjoys helping others to realize their financial freedom and own their time using real estate as the vehicle.
Born in Texas, she relocated to Northern California, following a tour of duty in the U.S.Navy. After a decade of disability due to a back injury, she set her goals on quickly and effectively using real- estate as a tool for building financial independence and wealth.
After taking various classes through Russ Whitney's Wealth Intelligence Academy and buying a few properties, Ms. Roberts was invited to Mentor across the country- resulting in her decision to maintain and grow The Financial Enlightenment Club and inspiring her commitment to teach locally.
Soon afterwards, she started wholesaling lots and land out of state until it became necessary to focus primarily on Bay Area wholesaling. Ms. Roberts continues to travel throughout the country to expand her development and increase her knowledge about real estate in the areas of wholesaling, negotiations, creative financing, subject to and lease options, to name a few. Karen has been nicknamed "The Dealmaker" because she is both passionate about it and has been complimented on certain abilities to creatively put the game in play.
